All prices are in Australian Dollars. Relevant duties & taxes are not covered by Engine & are to be paid by the customer

Items for delivery to countries outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package.

We ship with Australia Post, Direct Freight and Couriers depending on shipping location.

Engine Active is not responsible for shipping times or lost parcels. Once the goods have left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Please be aware length of delivery during Christmas and Sale periods can vary.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. If you have any questions, please email info@engineactive.com

If you need your package left unattended, please let us know in 'Shipping Comments' at checkout.

Please note that the shipping times indicated above are approximations. Whilst every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed.

Orders placed after 12pm AEST on Fridays will not be dispatched until the next business day. Subject to change during holiday/busy/sale periods.
